We carry out legacy focus groups for charities - we have
carried out almost 1000 of them. Focus groups help you
discover the attitudes, motivations and expectations of
your stakeholders (donors, volunteers, users and their
families if applicable) to ensure that legacy marketing
is sensitively and cost effectively developed. The outcomes
can be stunning and give you the fact based evidence you
need to fulfil legacy income potential
Developing effective legacy marketing plans
We have helped 100s of charities - large and small - develop
leading edge legacy marketing strategies. Using the vast
experience of Richard Radcliffe in legacy fundraising
he can help you formulate objectives and an overall plan
or spotlight key targets and the best tactics to ensure
maximum return on your investment. In addition he can
help draft key legacy materials such as:
legacy brochures, articles for supporters newsletters,
advertisements and even talks for local communities
Training
Richard has trained 1000s of fundraisers, volunteers and
service providers to "make the legacy ask" -
these courses can be tailored for individual charities
or you can join one of our regular courses
Courses are inspirational, sensitive, amusing, informative
and can be tailor made to ensure synergy with the activities
of any target audience. Courses range from one hour to
two days.
Richard also runs the two day, level 3 course run by the
"Fundraising programme" (Directory of Social
Change and the Institute of Fundraising - details can
be found on www.dsc.org.uk)
