The Legacy Market Report provides comprehensive information captured from all probated wills in England, Wales and Scotland for the periods 1997/1998 and 2007/2008 in a series of easy to use tables and graphs.

Presenting all the key facts and figures for charitable legacies during this period, the report analyses; estate values, charitable estates and types of bequest by geographical location, gender and/or age.
